Return and Exchange Policy
Road Authority will accept items for return or exchange provided that the reason for doing so is legitimate and the item, packaging, and other related materials are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Road Authority receipt should be surrendered with the item.
Please make sure that the address provided is the correct address before making an order.
For a full refund or exchange of an item, kindly contact us… within seven (7) days of receipt of the item.
For stolen shipment or damage due to delivery, please report the incident to… with the complete details of the order for a speedy resolution of the issue.
